Terms & SMS Terms

These terms apply to the Snapline Photos booth service operated by Xpress Promotion Inc ("we", "us"). By using a Snapline booth, or by entering your phone number or email to receive your media, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the booth
- You'll use the booth for personal, non-commercial fun at the event it's provided for.
- You won't capture unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- If the booth shows a waiver, you must accept it (with a printed name and signature) before using the booth. Declining returns you to the start screen.
2. Your media
You keep the rights to your likeness in the photos, videos, and GIFs you capture. By using the booth you allow the event host (the Snapline client running that booth) to store and share the captured media with you and to keep a copy for their own event records. We store the media on the host's behalf.
3. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted delivery of SMS or email — carriers and networks can delay or drop messages. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Xpress Promotion Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the booth.

SMS Terms
The following terms apply to text messages sent to you from a Snapline Photos booth.
Program name
Snapline Photos — photo/video delivery.
Program purpose
To deliver a link to the photo, video, or GIF you personally captured at a Snapline booth, to the mobile number you enter on the booth's share screen. This is a transactional service — we do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How to opt in
You opt in by typing your mobile phone number into the "Text message" field on the booth's Share screen and tapping Send. Entering your number is your consent to receive one text message with your media link.
Message frequency
One text per capture you request. If you take multiple captures and choose to text each one, you'll receive one message per request. We do not send recurring messages.
Message content
Each message contains the booth name and a link to your media, plus opt-out instructions. Example:
"Your [Event] photobooth photo: https://... Reply STOP to opt out."
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Snapline does not charge you for the message; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts from that program.

Supported carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your phone number only to send the requested media link. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We do not sell or share your number with third parties for marketing.
